Chakra Spa Day
Join us for a luxuriously soothing, yet intensely informative, day of pampering your Chakras. This workshop invites participants to explore this ancient energy system, that weaves the body, mind, and spirit into unity and wholeness. Participants will learn, through the use of many powerful tools and healing modalities, exactly how to nurture and maintain balance in these most important energy centers.
The Chakras influence the body in unique physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual ways. By gaining understanding of these characteristics, the chakras provide a map for greater self-awareness, a path for self-discovery, and direction as you walk your life path. Learning about and employing the various tools and healing modalities that nurture and enhance the health of these energy centers, can lead to a healthier and happier you!
The workshop includes:
• A fifteen minute private reflexology session for each participant aimed at providing some healing to the physical organs associated with each chakra.
• Learning to use Vedic mudras (finger yoga) to tune and balance each individual chakra.
• Vocalization of ancient seed sounds to spiritually awaken and raise the vibration of each chakra.
• Application of crystals and polished stones throughout the day, each with its own unique vibration paired to resonate with each individual chakra. The stones will also serve to enhance the other healing modalities being applied.
• Many opportunities to experience therapeutic essential oils, specially selected teas, and hand-crafted gem elixirs , all specifically purposed to facilitate the health of their corresponding chakras.
• Positive Affirmations focused on maintaining the long-term stability of each chakra.
• Several brief, guided meditations created to examine and root out mental or emotional blockages that might be affecting the health of each chakra, followed by journaling.
• One soothing, culminating, chakra balancing meditation, enhanced with the powerful vibrations and overtones of 14 appropriately chosen tuning forks and 10 Tibetan bowls, played by both workshop facilitators.
• Usui and Karuna Reiki® which will be beamed during meditations.
• A light lunch of organic salad, fruits, nuts and clear filtered water.
• plenty of laughter and relaxation.
The workshop will take place at The Sanctuary in Lake Wales, FL, in a light and spacious area. Reflexology sessions will take place on the massage table in a dedicated treatment room and the rest of the workshop will be held in the adjacent studio. Throughout the day, a series of Mindful Movements will ensure our physical comfort. Sanitized yoga mats, pillows, and eye coverings will be available for each participant. All participants will go home with a personalized spa gift bag containing their 7 chakra crystals, 7 affirmation cards, a journal, and printed material reviewing all that was taught.

Meet the Workshop Facilitators:
Barbara Nocella Parisi is an Usui and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher. She holds a certification as a Therapeutic Yoga practitioner and is a Board Certified Reflexology Practitioner. Barbara has facilitated many Chakra Workshops and other metaphysically oriented workshops on Long Island over the past 10 years. Barbara has a private healing arts practice in Farmingville, NY.
Juanita Felice-Zwaryczuk is an Usui and Karuna Reiki® Master-Teacher and has achieved the level of Jikiden Reiki Shoden-Okoden after studying with Frank Arjava Petter. She is a Certified Crystal Healer of the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy and has also studied Crystal Healing with William Young of Black Jaguar Sky Shamanic Healing, Chapel Hill, NC. Juanita’s tuning fork skills were honed through attending courses with John Beaulieu. A retired public school teacher, Juanita has taught and practiced healing arts for 16 years.
